Pelton & Crane no longer will be taking any orders. Sales of all Penton & Crane dental operatory equipment will be discontinued in the United States, Canada, and all international markets and for all customer segments, including the company’s Spirit Dental Chairs, Spirit or Alliance Delivery Units, Helios Dental Lights, and Pelton & Crane Cabinetry.
The company, founded in 1900 and now part of Kavo Kerr, said it will continue to honor its five-year warranty period and maintain inventory of Pelton & Crane service parts where possible for up to seven years. Warranty service questions and concerns still may be directed to customerservice@pelton.net.
Over the coming weeks, Pelton & Crane said, it will transition its website to a support and resource center for existing customers with information about service, use and care, and installation support for its equipment. It also thanked its customers for their support throughout the years.
