The iSmartOffice mobile app from DigiBrain4 is designed to reinvent how dentists manage their offices by boosting patient recruitment, optimizing non-peak business hours, referring patients to general dentists and specialists more efficiently, and simplifying the insurance claim process.

For example, patients can narrow their search for a new dentist or dental specialist by using the app’s multiple search criteria such as price, insurance, and service needs, which are driven by artificial intelligence (AI), according to the company.

With the app’s DR ANNIE dental imaging AI technology, patients can take and upload photos of themselves to receive instant service and provider recommendations, DigiBrain4 said. This teledentistry feature also enables providers to remotely monitor patients and offer care uninterrupted by distance, a function that has proven vital during the pandemic, the company said.

With its unique application programming interface, DigiBrain4 continued, iSmartOffice can be integrated into most dental management software packages to complement existing infrastructure without the need to replace it. Also, iSmartOffice can be accessed anywhere and on any computer or Android/iOS mobile device, DigiBrain4 said.

The mobile app and its web portals help promote practices, connect with new and existing patients, coordinate staff and doctor availability, optimize patient scheduling, streamline insurance claims, and prescreen patients via its HIPAA-compliant AI system, and more, DigiBrain4 said.

With a growing network of more than a thousand dental practices, the company said, iSmartOffice’s turnkey service allows practices to start expanding their businesses without any hassle or lengthy setup. It will make its debut during this year’s Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, February 25 through February 27.
