In 2017, Tralongo partnered with more than 50 doctors in 83 offices, generating more than $100 million in revenue. It also added 17,000 square feet at its headquarters in Sunrise, Fla. Attendance at its Discovery Days for potential partners jumped more than 300% as well.
“We’ve hired more corporate staff, spearheaded new services, added more Discovery Days, and acquired more office space for our team because word is spreading about what a difference our services can make for our partners,” said founder and CEO Ken Tralongo, DDS.
The company also hired Jim Gochis as its head of procurement, Sherri Mansell as its vice president of finance and accounting, and Bethany Rose as head of human resources. Under Rose, the Recruitment Services Department will help partners optimize their hiring strategies.
“We’ve assembled a team of experts, and we’re providing dentists with game-changing services like recruiting support, financial analysis, marketing help, and discounted products from a preferred supplier network,” Tralongo said.
“In the past couple years, we’ve succeeded in raising $55 million in capital and adding an astounding number of new partners. We plan to stay on track to become the most successful digital service organization and dental practice management organization in the United States,” Tralongo said.
Tralongo says that the company has made a name for itself by partnering with entrepreneurial dentists who want to grow their businesses by acquiring and operating multiple practices, taking professionals out of the chair and into management and ownership.
