VOCO’s Provicol QM Plus noneugenol temporary cement features strong retention and secure adhesion to ensure temporary restorations remain in place for as long as necessary, according to the company. Formulated with calcium hydroxide, it is designed to reduce postoperative sensitivities while helping prevent caries with its antimicrobial properties. Its low film thickness increases ease of use and accuracy of fit when placing temporary crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays, VOCO says. Further enhancing speed and convenience, Provicol QM Plus is applied from an easy QuickMix syringe, and excess material can simply be peeled off, the company says. It also received Dental Advisor’s 2019 Top Product Award in the temporary cement category and holds a 96% rating from Dental Advisor’s independent evaluators.
