The 2021 Florida Dental Convention (FDC) has been scheduled for June 24 through June 26 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando. With a theme of “People. Purpose. Passion: Pathways to Success,” the FDC will feature more than 130 courses for the entire dental team.

For example, the two-day Dawson Academy’s “Seminar 2—Achieving Predictable Aesthetic Results” will provide the procedural knowledge that dental professionals need to perform contemporary restorative procedures at the highest level, the FDC said. This course is available for a discounted price, and Dawson’s Seminar 1 is not a prerequisite to take it.

The FDC noted that it is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will follow the advice and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the governor of Florida. It said it will implement any protocols as needed to ensure the well-being and safety of the dental community and business partners as needed.
