The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) will host its first Partnering for Growth conference at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center near Washington, DC, September 21-22. The event will feature educational content geared specifically to connect with small and emerging groups as well as best practices for growth in the DSO industry.

For example, the CEO Leadership Panel will spotlight leadership from the nation’s top DSOs in addition to insights for growing and developing DSOs. Speakers will present their DSOs’ key differentiators while detailing how emerging DSOs can replicate their success. The session also will allow for interactive discussion with audience participation and questions.

Additionally, the session on Principles of Case Acceptance will examine how to develop training systems and processes to enable consistently higher levels of patient case acceptance, based on building trust with the patient. It will cover setting up a systematic approach that is duplicable, scalable, and immediately implemental from a single doctor to hundreds of practitioners.

“Getting all the DSOs together does make the industry stronger, because there’s a variety of issues that may not be well known across the board,” said Richard E. Beckman, CEO of Great Expressions. “So it’s important to come together, focus on those issues, and learn from one another so we can ensure everyone does business as ethically as possible.”

“Two reasons to go: it’s a tremendous event with access to high-profile speakers both in and out of dentistry,” said Douglas Brown, CEO and director of Affordable Care. “Secondly, it’s a great way to interface and contact with colleagues in the industry. The ADSO Partnering for Growth is one of the best value-adds that dentistry has to offer.”
