The SNOR.X antisnoring device gently holds the tongue forward during sleep, keeping the upper airway open and free from obstruction. It is constructed of a tongue sleeve and a plastic ring that goes around the device. The patient places his or her tongue into the sleeve and squeezes the front end of the device to create a gentle suction to hold the tongue in the forward position.
