DenMat Holdings has hired David Casper as its new chief executive officer, placing him in charge of the company’s worldwide business operations including strategic development, global sales and marketing, product development, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and all administrative functions.
“We conducted an exhaustive search, and Dave really stood out as the best fit for the organization given his experience in products and services that closely match DenMat’s offerings,” said Rich Hallworth, the company’s executive chairman. “Dave also brings a proven track record of true leadership through a cultural style that will help the DenMat team achieve greater success.”
Casper previously served as president of the Prismatik Dentalcraft and IOS Technologies divisions of Glidewell Laboratories, where he was responsible for all functions of the company’s product manufacturing divisions. Before that, he was vice president of sales and global marketing at Sybron Implant Solutions, part of the Danaher Corporation’s dental division.
“Creating an environment where the customer experience is paramount will be a primary focus of mine,” said Casper. “DenMat has a broad portfolio of excellent products and services, but given today’s competitive environment, ensuring that customers’ expectations are exceeded has never been more important.”
