ADA Collecting Donations to Help People in Japan

Watching the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster unfold in Japan these past two weeks has been painful for all of us. The American Dental Association is now raising funds and collaborating with the Japan Dental Association, so that we can identify where we might effectively address the greatest need. Donations are not tax deductable. However, 100 percent of the money raised will go directly to Japan for relief programs. This effort started out as an ADA staff fundraising project, and now has expanded to garner participation from all ADA members and the Tripartite.
