The AADSM Mastery Program from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine is a comprehensive, clinically focused and evidence-based education designed to provide dentists with the necessary training and skills to provide oral appliance therapy to patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. Limited to licensed dentists, the course consists of three in-person sessions, each lasting two and a half days for a total of 65 hours.

Coursework will include lectures and demonstrations followed by discussion, as well as self-instructional activities. After completing the first session, Mastery I, dentists will be eligible to earn the Qualified Dentist Designation. Dentists who complete all three Mastery sessions will be eligible to sit for the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine certification examination for Diplomate status.

Mastery I courses are scheduled for April 12-14, July 12-14, and September 13-15, 2019. Mastery II is scheduled for September 13-15, October 11-13, and November 8-10, 2019. Mastery III is scheduled for April 12-14 and November 8-10, 2019, as well as January 10-12 and February 7-9, 2020. All courses will be held at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois.
