Aspen Dental has opened its eight-hundredth location in Southern Pines, North Carolina, as part of the recent launch of nine new offices in Fayetteville, Georgia; Kansas City and Lawrence, Kansas; Canton and Royal Oak, Michigan; Kansas City, Missouri; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Mechanicsville, Virginia.

“A new Aspen Dental office opens every four days, which is a direct reflection of the shared commitment between ADMI and the doctors whose practices we support to help patients get the care they need,” said Bob Fontana, chair and CEO of Aspen Dental Management Inc (ADMI), the dental support organization (DSO) that provides business support services to Aspen Dental practices.

“I’m incredibly proud of the work that the doctors and team members do to break down barriers to care and the positive impact they have on the tens of thousands of patients who walk through their doors every single day,” said Fontana.

Founded in 1998, Aspen Dental and its 12,000 team members provide care to 25,000 patients each day across the country. Unlike most practices supported by dental support organizations, the company says, its growth is entirely de novo, meaning each office is built from the ground up rather than via acquisition, resulting in consistent patient offerings from location to location.

Aspen Dental also says that its patient-centric model is designed to break down barriers so patients can get the care they need. Each location has on-site labs and is open with extended hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate walk-in and emergency patients. The company also provides free or low-cost exams and X-rays for new patients without dental insurance. It works with all insurance plans and offers flexible financing and a denture money-back guarantee as well.
