Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Runcorn Dental Practice in Cheshire.
Established in 1995, Runcorn Dental Practice is a two-surgery mixed dental practice which enjoys a prominent position on a busy retail parade in a densely populated residential housing estate in Runcorn, Cheshire.
The business was previously owned by Dr Neesha Kaushal who, having purchased the practice through Christie & Co in 2016, decided to sell to facilitate a move back to the North East.
Runcorn Dental has been purchased by Dr Yusuf Patel who comments, “I am pleased to be taking over a well-established dental practice in the heart of the community. I am keen to work with the team at Runcorn to offer the best possible service to patients over the coming years.”
Jonathan Watson, Director at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, comments, “It was great to work with Neesha again, having sold the practice to her back in 2016.

Runcorn Dental Practice was sold off an asking price of £500,000 for the leasehold interest.
