Following the earlier collaboration to validate Lucitone Digital Print® Denture materials on HeyGears printing systems, Dentsply Sirona and HeyGears are further expanding their digital denture workflow ecosystem with the validation of Lucitone Digital Print Denture resins for one-piece denture printing on the new HeyGears UltraCraft Multi-Material Fusion (MMF) DLP 3D printer.

Building on the ongoing collaboration in digital denture manufacturing, Dentsply Sirona and HeyGears announced the successful validation of Lucitone Digital Print Denture resins for one-piece denture production on the new HeyGears UltraCraft Multi-Material Fusion (MMF) DLP 3D printer. This validation provides an efficient production pathway that eliminates the need to bond Lucitone Digital IPN® 3D premium denture teeth to the denture base while still delivering the durability, esthetics, and performance clinicians expect from Lucitone materials.¹
“At Dentsply Sirona, we are focused on expanding the possibilities of digital denture manufacturing,” said Jennifer Kelly, Vice President, Digital Services & Atlantis at Dentsply Sirona. “Validating Lucitone Digital Print Denture resins for one-piece printing with HeyGears reflects our commitment to providing labs with streamlined solutions that maintain the highest standards of esthetics and strength.”
HeyGears emphasized the importance of collaboration in accelerating innovation across the digital dental ecosystem. “This validation marks an important step forward in making advanced denture workflows more accessible,” said Peiyan Gui, CEO and Co-founder of HeyGears. “By integrating our printing technology with Dentsply Sirona’s trusted materials, we are enabling laboratories of all sizes to scale production, enhance consistency, and deliver excellent outcomes.”
The Lucitone Digital Print Denture System is recognized for its leading mechanical strength, esthetics, longevity, and streamlined digital workflow for full-arch and partial dentures. It is available in 16 A-D* plus 2 bleach tooth shades and five gingiva shades.
HeyGears’ comprehensive dental 3D printing portfolio is designed to deliver efficient, automated, and highly accurate workflows through advanced pre-processing software, print management solutions, and reliable hardware. The arrival of HeyGears’ new UltraCraft MMF 3D printer enables the seamless production of one-piece dentures via a full-chain solution covering all key steps, from design to pre-processing to the final product. According to HeyGears, the no-bonding-required monolithic dentures fully preserve tooth anatomy for natural, balanced occlusion. Meanwhile, the seamless surface inhibits bacterial growth for a cleaner, healthier oral environment.
