Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co, has announced the expansion of its dental team in London and the South with the appointment of business agent, Shae Preece.

With a degree in real estate from UWE Bristol, Shae has worked in residential property in West London for the last five years, over which time he has been involved in a variety of sales ranging from pied-à-terre studios to impressive large family homes.
Shae will cover the dental market in London and the South of England in his new role alongside established brokers, Steve Darbon, Tony Walker, and Jamie Williams. He joins the team at a very busy time in the dental market, where there is significant activity across the region, 90 per cent of which is independent market-led, and reflective of the wider UK. The team remains optimistic about activity moving into the second half of the year.
