Sam’s Club is rolling out its Care Accelerator Together with Humana program, which will provide discounted dental and other healthcare in partnership with Humana, as well as with 98point6 and Quest Diagnostics.

Care Accelerator is not health insurance, but it does provide access to discounts to specified health services when using certain providers that have contracted to participate in the program. It first will be tested in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.

Sam’s Club members can choose from one of four bundles, with two starter plans at $50 a year, a standard plan at $100 a year, and a premium plan at $240 a year. Dental savings are available with the Starter B, Standard, and Premium plans.

Meanwhile, each bundle provides free select generic medications, discounted eye exams and eyewear, and prepaid health debit cards. Telehealth is available as well through the Starter A, Standard, and Premium bundles for $1 per visit through 98point6.

The premium bundle covers up to six family members, access to a preventative health screening from Quest Diagnostics, and discounts on chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture services, and hearing aids.
