Sagemax Bioceramics, a manufacturer of zirconium oxide for the dental laboratory industry, has been acquired by Ivoclar Vivadent. Founded by Larry Dang in 2006, Sagemax Bioceramics maintains manufacturing, research and development, and general business operations in Seattle. Ivoclar Vivadent will keep all of the Sagemax Bioceramics operations separate. Sagemax Bioceramics will operate as an independent company with a primary focus on zirconium oxide products for the global laboratory market.
