AdDent’s Pedo Light Guide is shorter than the company’s standard model to better fit the mouths of children and adolescents. As part of AdDent’s Microlux Diagnostic Systems, it can be used to visualize cracks, caries, and calculus during an examination. Plus, it reduces the cumulative negative effects of x-rays. Additional accessory guides for the Microlux Systems include 2- and 3-mm (standard) light guides, a DL oral cancer screener, a lighted mirror, a 1-mm Endo-Lite, and a 0.75-mm Proximal and 0.75-mm Perio Probe.
