NCOHF Board of Directors Welcomes New Slate of Officers

Charlotte, NC – September 7, 2010 – National Children’s Oral Health Foundation: America’s Toothfairy (NCOHF) announced the election of a new slate of officers and welcomed new Board member Martha Ann Keels, DDS, PhD, at its quarterly meeting on August 27, 2010.

The NCOHF slate of officers is as follows:
Chairman – Christopher T. Clark, President & COO, Dentsply International
President – Fern Ingber, MEd, CEO, NCOHF (Ex-Officio)
First Vice President – Thomas M. Prescott, President & CEO, Align Technologies
Second Vice President – Tom Engels, Retired Vice President & General Manager, 3M ESPE
Treasurer – P. Christopher Holden, President, Heraeus Kulzer Inc.*
Secretary – John N. Williams, DMD, Dean, Indiana University School of Dentistry*

Newly elected to a three-year term on the NCOHF Board of Directors, Dr. Martha Ann Keels currently serves as Division Chief of Pediatric Dentistry at Duke University. In 1990, she helped establish the Pediatric Dental program at Duke and is currently the Division Chief of Pediatric Dentistry at Duke Children’s Hospital. Board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Keels holds Fellowships in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, and is a member of several national and international associations and societies. She is presently Chair of the Section of Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Health within the American Academy of Pediatrics.
