Dr. Craig M. Misch received postgraduate certificates in prosthodontics and oral implantology as well as a master of dental science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery and is now a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He currently practices as a dual-specialist in Sarasota, Fla. Dr. Misch is a clinical associate professor at New York University in the department of implant dentistry, the University of Florida in the departments of periodontics and prosthodontics, and the University of Alabama in the department of periodontics. He also has faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Florida. Dr. Misch has published and lectured extensively on the topics of reconstructive surgery, bone grafting, implant surgery, and prosthodontics. He is a senior associate editor of the Journal of Oral Implantology.
