Dr. Auster continues 35 years of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry in his private practice in Pomona, NY. He has lectured from Portland, Maine, to Portland, Ore, and he speaks internationally as well.  Dr. Auster has been published in many dental publications. He authored the featured cover stories in in February 2019 and April 2022 issues of Dentistry Today. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the American College of Dentists. Dr. Auster completed 2 terms on the board of directors of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), was chair of its leadership committee, and is currently the 2022 chairman of its Professional Education Committee. Dr. Auster is proud to be a speaker and product reviewer for Catapult Education and has been the first dentist in the United States to sample several popular products prior to their introduction to the US market. He is a Dawson Scholar and received a Concept of Complete Dentistry Award from the Dawson Academy. Dr. Auster is very proud of his selection as an AACD Humanitarian of the Year and of his Certificate of International Voluntary Service from the ADA.  He is founder and past president of the New York Affiliate of the AACD, the Greater New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Auster’s volunteer work includes 11 years of volunteer dentistry in Jamaica. He has been voted a “Top Dentist in the Hudson Valley” by his peers for the last 15 years. Dr. Auster is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
