As wildfires continue to devastate California, Henry Schein and Patterson Companies are offering relief to their customers who are experiencing operational, logistical, or financial issues as a result of damage caused by the disaster.

Henry Schein’s toll-free hotline is (800) 999-9729. Open 24 hours a day, real-time assistance is available from Team Schein members from 8 am to 7 pm ET. The company also offers resources for rebuilding practices as part of its Road to Recovery Resource Center.

“Our hearts and prayers are with the families of those who have lost their lives, as well as the people and communities throughout California coping with the destruction caused by the wildfires,” said Stanley M. Bergman, chairman of the board and CEO of Henry Schein.

“We are prepared to help healthcare providers whose practices have sustained damage, and we encourage those practitioners to contact our disaster relief hotline for assistance,” Bergman said.

Patterson Companies urges its dental customers to call their local representative, their local branch, or its toll-free hotline at (800) 873-7683. The company also says it is prepared to provide products, services, and support for those affected by the fires.

“Our number one concern is for the safety of our customers and employees directly impacted by the massive wildfires spreading across California,” said Mark Walchirk, president and CEO of Patterson Companies.

“Together with local and national disaster relief, we are prepared to help our customers, employees, and communities recover from this devastating and dangerous natural disaster,” Walchirk said.

Patterson employees have prepared hygiene kits with items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste for distribution to those who are displaced and need immediate assistance.

The company offers additional resources including fulfillment of emergency or replenishment supplies, assistance in managing and replacing damaged inventory, financing options for rebuilding practices and equipment replacement, and other immediate and long-term assistance.
