IsraAID, a global humanitarian relief non-governmental organization, is partnering with the Russian American Dental Association, the Center for Professional Development, and Henry Schein to host a series of disaster response simulation events for dental professionals in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Events are scheduled for:
- October 16 from 9 to 100 am PST in Los Angeles (webinar)
- October 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm PST in Los Angeles (live)
- October 17 from 8:30 to 10 am PST in San Francisco (live)
- October 17 from 7 to 9 pm PST in Palo Alto (live)
Participants will be introduced to IsraAID’s sustainable and unique community-based approach to disaster response. The interactive session will place participants in the driver’s seat during a unique disaster response simulation, IsraAID says. They also will experience what it’s like to be an IsraAID first responder as they face unfolding challenges in a dynamic environment, the organization ads.
