Dr. Okuda is national past president (2002 to 2003) and board-accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the International College of Dentists. He is also the aesthetic dentistry expert to the National Dental Expert Advisory Board of the AGD, on the executive council of the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry, on the advisory board of Best Dentists in America. Dr. Okuda practices cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry at the Dental Day Spa of Hawaii in Honolulu. He is an international lecturer at universities and conferences in such countries as the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and Korea, and was the recipient of the 2007 Contemporary Esthetics Cosmetic Practice of the Year.
