Coursework will include billing and accounts receivable; business management; clinical procedures, technology, and records; continuing care; customer service; dental team management; Dentrix tips, tricks, and product updates; insurance; patient information; periodontal charting; practice analysis and security; practice marketing; profitability; scheduling; and treatment planning and case acceptance.
