The revolutionary Endo Rescue Kit (Kit 4601) is engineered for quick and simple removal of fractured Ni-Ti instruments within the canal. The simple procedure starts with an endodontic tungsten carbide bur (H269GK.315.016), which is used to enlarge the pulp cavity and improve the practitioner's vision into the canal. A center drill (G180A.204.110/G180.204.090) then excavates the last few millimeters of the canal, offering access to the broken instrument. The RKP.204.090 drill exposes the instrument's surface, and an extremely fine trepan bur (RKT.204.090) is placed onto the fragment, seizing and holding it in place using residual dentin. The broken file is then removed from the canal in a counter-clockwise motion. The kit is also supplied with a manual screw (150.155.000) for those who prefer not to use the handpiece. The DentalVibe Injection Comfort System utilizes patented VibraPulse technology to send soothing pulsations deep into the oral mucosa. This stimulation is picked up by the submucosal nerve endings, sending a message to the brain, effectively closing the "pain gate," allowing for the comfortable administration of intraoral injections. Adults and children are reporting painless injections and dentists report less stress during the injection process. It is cordless, portable, nonthreatening, and easily affordable for every office. It has been receiving rave reviews from the key opinion leaders in dentistry and has been featured on all of the TV news networks across the nation. It was invented by an NYU graduate, Dr. Steven G. Goldberg. For more information, call (877) 503-VIBE or visit

All rotary Ni-Ti systems are excellent in creating a crown-down effect, but they do not irrigate or cleanse the lateral canals that are breeding ground for bacteria, which in effect increase post-op pain and inevitable retreatment. The MM1500+, with its cavitation effect, effectively cleanses the lateral canals and greatly reduces post-op pain and patient recalls. It is a must-have complement to all Ni-Ti rotary systems because (1) it requires no installation, (2) it offers great visibility and accessibility, (3) it removes the smear layer, (4) it facilitates safe and rapid canal flaring and/or debridement, (5) it offers superior cleansing with the irrigation and cavitation effect, and (6) it is user-friendly and patient-comforting. The Smart Endodontics system offers both warm and cold obturation solutions. For those preferring warm vertical compaction, the cordless HotTip features 4 heat settings and 8 highly flexible plugger sizes. Tips reach temperature and cool down in just a few seconds. You can backfill with the cordless HotShot device and compact warm GP with EndoPax hand pluggers. HotTip is also great for trimming the back end of GP points in cold lateral operations, as well as for eliminating voids during warm backfill applications. For those preferring cold carrier-based solutions, SimpliFill utilizes a 5-mm Apical Plug on the end of a removable carrier. The hydraulic force created by the advancing plug quickly and effectively seals apical spaces with both GP and sealer. SimpliFill saves time when posts are placed and, when no post is needed, the HotShot is used to backfill the remaining space. For more information, call (800) 817-3636 or visit

The P-Max Newtron XS ultrasonic generator from Satelec allows dentists to not only profit from the most powerful and safest piezo technology currently available but also from 2 other major factors. The newly designed autoclavable Newtron handpiece features a powerful LED light source (100,000 lux) and an integrated and selectable air supply to make procedures (especially endodontic) more efficient. The 6 circularly arranged high-power LEDs provide excellent visibility of the treatment area—even in posterior regions. The cold light helps to better differentiate between soft-tissue types and is also ideal when working with loupes or under a microscope. The "air active" system directs the filtered air directly to the tip of the handpiece to (1) enable quick and thorough elimination of dentinal debris, (2) clean and dry root canals (without overheating), and (3) access the canals without dispersion or agglutination of dentine chips.
