D4D Technologies is forming an interim Office of the CEO consisting of Mark Quadling, Henley Quadling, Gavin Subel and James Harding. Mark and Henley Quadling are co-founders of the Company and have held the positions of co-Chief Technology Officers with the Company since 2003, Gavin Subel has held the position of Chief Financial Officer with the Company since 2003 and James Harding is the Chief Technology Officer at Henry Schein, Inc., a Company investor and its exclusive global distributor.
