The royalty-bearing license agreement enables Henry Schein to use the rights protected by United States Patent Nos. 7,604,759 and 8,141,217, and several related foreign patents that cover zirconium oxide dental blanks and methods of processing those blanks. Ivoclar Vivadent is committed to asserting and defending its intellectual property rights, in particular in the area of dental ceramics.
