The nanohybrid composite Grandio Flow combines the low-wear, high-strength, and low-shrinkage of a universal hybrid composite with the low viscosity of a flowable composite. The use of nanoparticles allows using a never-achieved filler content of 80.2% by weight in a low viscous material. In general, flowable composites have a filler content of 60 to 69% by weight. Grandio Flow achieves significantly lower shrinkage by using 30 to 50% less resin compared to traditional flowable composites.
