She is also co-founder of The Consulting U, a comprehensive training program for consultants. She is currently the president of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, and has been a featured speaker for the ADA, California Dental Association, Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting, Chicago Dental Society, and other organizations.
