Ms. Ishimoto has been a speaker, consultant, and author for more than 25 years. She is an active member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, the National Speakers' Association, the American Association of Dental Office Managers, and the American Dental Assistants' Association. She maintains her own consulting business and works across the US and Canada. She is well known for her expertise in the business, financial management, and team-building systems of the practice.
