At the DENTSPLY Tulsa Dental Specialties booth, we saw their new obturator oven, GuttaCore. It was created to heat endodontic obturators for use in root canal therapy. In the past, it was necessary to drill through plastic, which caused problems. Now, after heating, the dentist can just break the handle off, making the entire process easier.
