After earning his BA from Albion College, Dr. Braun pursued the DDS program at the University of Michigan. After graduation, he earned an MS degree in prosthodontics from the same institution. Upon returning to his hometown of Saginaw, Mich, he established a full-time specialty private practice in prosthodontics, which has been in continuation for more than 30 years. Besides memberships in various specialty organizations and the ADA, Dr. Braun has been quite active in the local and state dental associations. Staff appointments have included the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and hospitals in Ann Arbor and Saginaw, Mich. For more than 15 years, Dr. Braun has offered seminars at a number of meetings internationally. He has presented to more than 20 state dental associations in the United States alone, including the ADA Annual Session, Greater New York Meeting, and the Chicago Midwinter Meeting. Dr. Braun has published numerous articles on aesthetic restorative dentistry in various dental journals and has conducted webinars on related topics. Several major dental manufacturing companies have utilized his professional skills on a consultant basis. He has been consistently recognized by Dentistry Today as a leader in dental continuing education. The goal of his seminars, both lecture and workshop, has been to focus on the very best products and equipment to successfully and confidently implement clinical procedures in the field of aesthetic restorative dentistry.
