P: (972) 596-1811 Dr. Eubank has the unique distinction of being the only professional in the world accredited as both a dentist and a laboratory technician by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He has trained with master ceramists in the United States and in Europe and has patented the “E” appliance, created by his laboratory, Esthetics Unlimited. He is a Fellow and past accreditation chairman of the AACD, a Fellow of the AGD, a Fellow member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and a member of numerous other organizations. He is or has been the director of postgraduate continuums at Louisiana State University, University of California at Los Angeles, University of New York at Buffalo, and University of Minnesota. Dr. Eubank also maintains a comprehensive care practice in Plano, Tex, that focuses on complex cases involving aesthetic, occlusion, and temporomandibular joint problems. Dr. Eubank is also the founder of the Eubank Teaching Institute, which holds lecture and hands-on exercises that teach specific skills, along with follow-up coaching. Dr. Eubank has just been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the AACD for all of his contributions to dentistry; only 2 other dentist have ever received this great honor. He also lectures internationally on aesthetics and occlusion. |
