Dr. Fraser received his BS degree in chemistry and zoology from Howard University. He attended dental school at Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa, where he received a scholarship from the United States Air Force to become a periodontist and dental implant surgeon. Dr. Fraser is the creator of Pure Perio, an in-house periodontal, dental implant, and regenerative service. In addition to his practice, he is the founder of Southern Georgia Dental Education, a resource for continuing education for dentists, hygienists, and staff members. Dr. Fraser has recently resigned from the staff dental department of Grady Hospital where he treated HIV/AIDS patients once a week. Dr. Fraser lectures on periodontics, dental implants from beginning to advanced placement and restoration, soft-tissue considerations, and 3-D imaging. Dr. Fraser also coaches doctors and their offices as to how to begin placing and restoring dental implants in the office.
