Dr. Levine is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He completed his residency at Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston, Mass. He is a Fellow of the American and the International College of Dentists, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and Odontographic Society of Chicago. He is on the board of directors of the “BUD” Tarson Dental Foundation and has developed a research Fellowship for the study of regeneration. He is a former president of the Illinois Society of Periodontists, the Illinois Alumni Chapter of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, and the West Suburban Branch of the Chicago Dental Society. He is a former associate professor of periodontics at Northwestern University School of Dentistry and a faculty member of Misch Implant Institute. He has lectured extensively on implant dentistry and plastic and reconstructive periodontal surgery and has been repeatedly selected to be the clinician for the live TV demonstration at the Chicago Dental Society’s Midwinter Meeting. Dr. Levine is the director of professional relations and chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for XCPT (xcpt.com).
