Dr. Apa currently has a private practice limited to aesthetic and restorative dentistry in New York City and Dubai. Dr. Apa is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), ADA, and AGD, and is an assistant clinical professor at New York University College of Dentistry (aesthetics department), a senior clinical director for the continuing education seminar Aesthetic Advantage (New York, Palm Beach, and London), and speaks internationally. He is on the editorial advisory board for the Journal of Implant and Advanced Clinical Dentistry and has been named a Leader in Continuing Education by Dentistry Today. In 2007, he was awarded the Outstanding Cosmetic Dentistry Award by the AACD for outstanding performance in the first 5 years of practice. He is also a recipient of the American Academy of Hospitality Services Five-Star Diamond Award.
