She is the president of RDH CONNECTION, a consulting and training company dedicated to excellence in quality dental hygiene education and dental team training. Having a career that has spanned 3 decades, her experience has encompassed clinical practice, education, and international lecturing, as well as international publishing. She continues to write for professional publications such as Dentistry Today, Oral Health, and Dental Practice Management in North America as well as writing for the United Kingdom and Australia. She is a key opinion leader for a number of corporations within the dental community, including Philips Oral Healthcare and Philips ZOOM, 3M ESPE, Oral Science, LED Dental, and Orascoptic. Ms. Jones has been described as a very dynamic, knowledgeable and entertaining speaker with an ability to powerfully communicate her knowledge. Her frank and open style of lecturing has earned many loyal followers.
