IntegraPost is a passive, secure integrating core retainer. The rounded Flow-Thru Head dissipates stresses with-in the core buildup, enhancing full integration of the post and core. Made of titanium alloy, it is stronger than stainless steel, yet more flexible. IntegraPost is designed for use with resin cements. As cement engages Integra-Post’s antirotational micro-knurled shank, micromechanical resin tags form with dentin, establishing an “Adhesive Buffer Zone.” This increases retention and absorbs potentially stressful forces within the canal, conserving tooth structure.
