Monosteryl disposable diamonds are solid blank machined from high-quality stainless steel. The diamonds are electroplated and the overall length is 21 mm. The shank diameter is 1.6 mm and the concentricity is less than 0.05 mm. The diamonds are made for cavity preparation and crown and bridge procedures. They come in very fine 20/30 µm, fine 37/44 µm, medium 105/125 µm, and coarse 125/149 µm. The diamonds are presterlized by gamma rays, and no toxicity is present after sterilization.
